Pending signature by Mr. Perry, no one will be able to prevent you from having a bunch of these in your front yard, if you so desire. Or some other stuff of the non-water-guzzling type.

Most media outlets are not yet reporting on the progress of
this thing, but in
our current conditions, it's hard for me to imagine
the Gov refusing to sign it. Hopefully we will know soon enough.
